Package NetStrategies
package NetStrategies
Strategy interfaces and base classes used by the JSIM simulation engine to implement the behaviour of the network elements. Strategies are pluggable implementations of scheduling, routing, queueing, service and related policies, in line with the extended features of the JSIM engine described in the JMT user manual (finite capacity regions, fork-join, class switching, priorities and place-transition structures).

ClassDescriptionBase class of the cache eviction strategies of the JSIM engine: it decides which cached item is removed when the cache is full.Base class of the JSIM fork strategies, which split a job into the tasks routed to the output stations of a fork.Base class of the JSIM join strategies, which synchronize the tasks of a forked job at a join station.Use this class to implement a specific PS strategy.Use this class to implement a specific queue get strategy.Use this class to implement a specific queue put strategy.Use this class to implement a specific routing strategy.Use this class to implement a specific service strategy.Base class of the JSIM vacation strategies, which model servers that suspend their service for a vacation period.
