public interface GraphRefreshable

Interface for models that can refresh their graph representation when station data changes. Implemented by JSimGraphModel in jmt-jsimg-gui. Allows common panels (EnablingSectionPanel, TimingSectionPanel) to trigger graph refreshes without a compile-time dependency on jsimgraph.
