    • initialize

      public void initialize(Vector values, Vector<Number> parameterValues, String xLabel, String yLabel)
      Initializes all vectors, checking for not valid bound values
      Parameters:
      values - the vector containing the measures obtained by simulation
      parameterValues - the vector containing the values assumed by the varying parameter
      xLabel - the x axis label
      yLabel - the y axis label
    • getPlottedPointStatus

      public boolean[] getPlottedPointStatus()
      Gets the not valid bounds
      Returns:
      a boolean array containing for each value the state of bounds validity
    • drawPlot

      public void drawPlot(boolean withBounds)
      Draws the plot, with bounds if enabled
      Parameters:
      withBounds -
    • clear

      public void clear()
      Clears the plot
    • setLabels

      public void setLabels(String xLabel, String yLabel)
      Sets the labels for axis
      Parameters:
      xLabel - the labels for x axis
      yLabel - the label for y axis
    • getPlotXMax

      public double getPlotXMax()
      Gets the maximum parameter value
      Returns:
      the maximum parameter value
    • getPlotXMin

      public double getPlotXMin()
      Gets the minimum parameter value
      Returns:
      the minimum parameter value
    • getPlotYMax

      public double getPlotYMax()
      Gets the maximum represented value. Not valid bounds are not considered
      Returns:
      the maximum represented value
    • getPlotYMin

      public double getPlotYMin()
      Gets the minimum represented value. Not valid bounds are not considered
      Returns:
      the minimum represented value
