    Description
    BigRational
    This class is a representation of rational numbers.
    EnhancedVector
    This class extends the ArrayList<Integer> object class by adding several useful methods for operations encountered when dealing with the algorithms that compute the normalising constants.
    MultiplicitiesVector
    This class implements the MultiplicitiesVector object, which is used to store a multiplicities vector.
    PopulationChangeVector
    This class implements the PopulationChangeVector object, which are used in in the definition of the CoMoM basis.
    PopulationVector
    This class implements the PopulationVector object, which is used to store a populations vector.
    QNModel
    This class contains an implementation of the input file reader and parser, as well as a storage data structure for the model and performance evaluation values.
